You probably couldn't see my profile since I don't have a blogger account. I'm just a plain jane gmail user.

I discovered AW a few weeks ago, when I was finishing up my novel and wanted to get some more information about the publishing world--it's been fantastic! I love the share-your-work forums and also all the helpful posts about agents/response times/etc. It's been great connecting with other writers, especially since in my everyday everybody is talking about technology all day long.

Have a wonderful thanksgiving--look forward to your future posts :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13872441672889792316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9117398436382787651.post-33290983379843001662009-11-22T16:38:29.145-08:002009-11-22T16:38:29.145-08:00Wow, that is a small world! It's always nice to hear from other writers, especially a Twilight fan in the Bay Area! :)

What's your user name on AW? I love that site - it's helped me tremendously this past year.Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02072071910095753629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9117398436382787651.post-5706249548216701422009-11-22T00:42:31.917-08:002009-11-22T00:42:31.917-08:00Hey Kathleen. I discovered your blog through some of your posts on AW--congrats on getting an offer of representation, btw! :)

I wanted to leave a note and just say how struck I was by the uncanny similarities between us. I also started writing seriously around a year ago (my preferred genre is YA), watched New Moon this weekend, and live in the Bay Area (though in Palo Alto rather than SF.) Also my best friend from college is a med student at UCSF (finished her third year in June, though she's taking this year off to do research.)

Sometimes the world is a small, small place.

Best of luck to you in getting your work published. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13872441672889792316noreply@blogger.com
